Monday the 26th. Cooked my first meal in the new kitchen in Port Jervis this past weekend and had a lovely time doing Pysanky with my children and a few friends. What is Pysanky, you ask? Ukranian Egg Decoration, although we take the concept into a whole new direction. I’ll post photos next week, after I get back to the house.
