Something reawakened
Long forgotten and dormant;
A burst of blossoms in Spring
When I thought all was Winter.

Monday the 26th. Cooked my first meal in the new kitchen in Port Jervis this past weekend and had a lovely time doing Pysanky with my children and a few friends. What is Pysanky, you ask? Ukranian Egg Decoration, although we take the concept into a whole new direction. I’ll post photos next week, after I get back to the house.

So Folks...

There has been a long hiatus here. Why?? Tumult. Separation. Deaths of friends. Moving. Sadness. And now with the buds of Spring I find myself hopeful, renewed and ready to continue on my life path. My new studio is almost done and the house in Port Jervis will be ready for visitors soon, too.

Pierre wanted to leave and I was not going to stand in his way. What happened? Ask him and then please tell me! I'm still in the dark.

I have my forest fire painting up at the Upfront Gallery in Port Jervis and it describes my last year perfectly, so I've titled it "Autobiography."
